We had an exciting September. Dallin and Doug loved being able to spend time together. Dallin never sleeps like that with Doug but one day when I was done with my shower I came into the living room to find these two like that. Adorable, I love my boys and they both spoil me. Dallin and I did story time at the library and Dallin enjoyed that and he loved bringing books home. One day I asked him what book he wanted and he insisted on Buzz Lightyear, the library didn't have any in and he was disappointed when we got home. The next time we went to the library he got 3 Toy Story books. He was in heaven. We read those books all the time. We have loved having Daddy home with us.

We went to Oktoberfest in mid-September. We went with our friends Brooke, Sophia, and Elena. Dallin had a blast on the rides. I took him on the carousel and then I decided to let him ride in the cars by himself. I don't think that was a very good idea because he got scared when he got whipped around the corners and almost tried to jump out. As soon as the ride stopped he jumped out the car as fast as he could. He told us he enjoyed the ride but it didn't look like he did. Doug loved eating all the German food although it did make him a little homesick. We were watching a little magic show for kids and Dallin loved it and Doug got to go on stage to help with the trick. It was fun to experience a little bit of Germany here in Texas.

"It's raining, It's raining," is what Dallin was saying in the first picture. He was getting in the shower and he loved the "rain". We broke out our finger paints and I've sure glad we took Dallin's shirt off especially considering he started painting his belly. We enjoyed one last family swim at our apartment's pool in the middle of September and the water was way to cold for me. I got in the hot tub and discovered it was warmer than the pool but not much. Dallin and Doug joined me in the hot tub and Dallin loved walking around the hot tub. Dallin and I went for a walk with his tractor one morning and Dallin had so much fun running around the playground with his tractor. I was trying to take a picture of something and was getting my camera adjusted and just as I was ready to snap Dallin pushed me over. Note to self, Dallin doesn't make a very good photographer's assistant yet. Dallin has such a cute personality and I really need to start writing things down before I forget all the cute things he does.
