Grandma and Grandpa Hansen, and Aunt Amanda came to visit us over New Year's. Shortly after they got to our house we opened Christmas presents with them. Amos really liked the leg nightlight from Christmas Story that we gave Aunt Amanda. The boys got very spoiled and loved opening presents again. We were excited to see family and the boys especially loved having new people to play with.
Dallin woke up not feeling well so we staying at home on New Year's Eve. Luckily he started to feel better towards the end of the day so we went to play at the park because it was a nice day. Dallin loves to play tennis with his dad and Amos loved playing basketball with Grandpa. The boys had so much fun playing at the park. Dallin made it all the way across the monkey bars for the first time and he did it a few times he was so excited. After dinner we rang in 2012 early with balloons and pop it's outside and sparkling cider. We had fun ringing in the New Year.
On New Year's Day we went to church and Dallin got to go to his new Primary class. Then we came home and we had our soup day with yummy soup and Doug was excited to have Calm Chowder with his Dad. On Monday we went to see the dinosaurs at the Heard Museum. Dallin LOVES dinosaurs and he had so much fun seeing all the big dinosaurs. Amos also loved seeing all the dinosaurs and he especially liked getting out of his stroller and running around. Thank you for the fun visit, Amanda and Grandma and Grandpa.
