Happy Birthday Doug!

Doug enjoyed his birthday yesterday. We weren't able to do anything fun to celebrate yesterday because Dallin and I were sick. I had some fun ideas of things to do but when the day came I was too sick to leave the house. So we enjoyed a peaceful day inside spending time as a family. Doug made his own dinner, I'm so sorry, again. Which was very good, by the way (Dallin even ate it which says a lot because these days we can't get him to eat much). Doug enjoyed opening his presents, he received some games from Dallin and I and gift cards/money for work clothes. Doug is very excited to get a new suit and other much needed items for work this summer. Doug and I enjoyed playing a game together after we put Dallin to bed. Doug won so I think he enjoyed his new game. After we played the game we enjoyed a hot fudge brownie sundae together. I did make him some brownies, so we had hot fudge sundaes, instead of the German chocolate cake I was going to make. I put a candle in it and sang "Happy Birthday" to him before we ate them. Although we didn't do anything fun and exciting he said he had an enjoyable birthday. Doug, Dallin and I hope you had a Happy Birthday and we appreciate all you do for our family.
