We had a fabulous Christmas this year. Dallin woke us up at 6:00 a.m. Doug wanted to sleep in a little more but I was more than ready for Dallin to see if Santa came. Dallin was so tired but you could tell he knew it was a special day because he didn't want to go back to bed. He was so excited when he saw that Santa brought him a train table. Dallin has wanted one for a long time.
This year Dallin loved opening his presents. He was so excited to see what was inside the packages. On Christmas Eve, I caught him sitting in front of the tree shaking presents, which is my favorite thing to do at Christmas. I love guessing what is under the tree. Last year it took us hours to get Dallin to open presents, but not this year. However, we gave him a fishing puzzle and when I asked him if he wanted to open another present, he said, "no, I'm fishin'." He loved playing with everything he got and watching movies. Doug and I also had a wonderful Christmas. Doug got stuff for work and tickets to the Jazz game in Dallas. I got some games, books, and other fun stuff.
Doug and Dallin enjoyed playing in the snow for a little while on Christmas. Dallin loved throwing the snow and making snow angels.
One of my favorite pictures from Christmas. Here's Dallin with all his stuff, minus the truck he got from Grandma and Grandpa Washington (which he opened later on the web cam).
This is another one of my favorite pictures from Christmas. I loved his face while he's catching the big fish. This puzzle was one of his favorite gifts. Dallin was as spoiled as ever and our living room looked like a toy store while we relaxed and watched movies on Christmas Day. Dallin loved playing with his toys all day.
