After our trip to North and South Carolina we enjoyed the rest of summer as much as we could. The boys loved playing in the sand, playing at the park, running through the sprinklers, drawing on the sidewalk and going to the library. We had fun playing outside early in the morning and stayed indoors while it was very hot. We played with paper airplanes and had fun with paper towel rolls, they became swords and baseball bats.
Dallin had fun making treats and he especially liked to lick the spoon. We spent a lot of time getting Dallin ready for kindergarten. Dallin was so excited to start kindergarten at the end of the month. The week before we did something fun everyday. We went to the park. We went swimming with friends at our pool. The boys played with the water table. We went to the library to pick out books. We went school shopping at the mall, Dad came and met us for lunch, and then we played at the play area. We went to story time at the train museum and the boys had fun going in the train car and looking at the model trains. We had a lot of fun going to an airplane museum as a family. We went to Back to School night and met Dallin's teacher. Dallin was so excited to see his classroom and walk around the school.
