Dallin has loved his rocking chair from his birthday. Although the other day he decided that it was far better to stand on it and rock then sit. He climbed up onto the chair and was very excited about being able to stand on it. He didn't fall off but I'm sure it's only a matter of time before that happens. He is going to be trouble as he gets older. He doesn't climb a lot (mostly because I don't encourage it, I'm sure he could if I let him). One day while we were shopping, Dallin was buckled in the cart. Doug and I were talking about something to buy and we looked to see Dallin standing in the shopping cart. Luckily Doug was next to him so he didn't fall out. I think his middle name should be trouble instead of Melvin. At least he's cute when he is causing trouble, or I don't think I would make it through the day.

Same thing happened to me the other day at Quilted Bear. The cart didn't have any buckles but I thought, "Oh, she'll be Ok, she's never climbed out before." Well, that was a stupid thought because next thing I know Jentri's standing up! I was lucky too and caught her before anything bad happened, but it was still scary! I'm sure I'm in for it when she actually starts walking. I'm with ya on the "at least they're cute." I'd be in trouble!
