Swimming Lessons

Friday, July 18th Dallin and I finished a two week mom and me swim class. Dallin of course enjoyed going to the pool everyday. We had a wonderful time and Dallin does so well in the water. Each day we learned a new skill; blow bubbles, kick, arms, side is safe, back float, moving from person to person, going under the water, just to name a few. Dallin doesn't like to blow bubbles in the water, we are still working on that one. He just puts his face in the water and he thinks he's blowing bubbles. He is really good at kicking and getting better at moving his arms the right way. He loves to lay on his back in the pool and put his head back so his hair gets wet. The teacher thought he was doing so well they day she taught us how to hold them so they could do a back float, she used he as the demo. He doesn't like to close his mouth when he goes under the water, so we're also still working on that. He does very well in the pool and loves to go swimming. I try to take him a couple of times a week.
