For Family Home Evening the Monday before Halloween we decorated Sugar Cookies. Doug gave us a wonderful lesson about Ghosts, more specifically the Holy Ghost and how he helps us feel good. We then enjoyed decorating the low-fat sugar cookies I made.
It was really fun watching Dallin decorate his first sugar cookie. He mostly enjoyed licking the knife and frosting, or eating the cookie. He had so much fun eating all that sugar. We had a wonderful Family Home Evening and it was a great way to start the week of Halloween.
