Doug took these pictures of Dallin playing while I was in the hospital the first time. I found them when I downloaded my flash card. I was so proud of Doug for taking pictures of Dallin I had to post them on the blog.
Dallin playing in the rain. Dallin loves to play outside and whenever we open the door he runs to it and attempts to go outside. We have been getting a lot of rain here lately so I haven't taken Dallin outside much. He doesn't mind the rain though. He loves to play outside. I took him for a walk yesterday while it was raining a little and he just stuck his hand out so he could feel the rain. These pictures are of Dallin playing in the rain one night the beginning of March. He did wear a different pair of pj's to bed, no worries. He loved getting all wet and kept running out for more.
Dallin finally discovered the joys of cleaning off the DVD shelf. He loves to empty his bookcase or his toy shelves but he never really played with the DVD until I came home from the hospital the first time. He very much enjoyed pulling all the DVDs off and throwing them on the ground. You can't see his face but I assure you his face is filled with smiles and laughter.
Dallin stealing cookies. When my mom first got here to take care of Dallin she had some cookies in her purse left over from her plane ride. Dallin discovered them and enjoyed eating them. His grandma spoiled him and bought him a box of cookies. The day after I got home from the hospital Dallin came into the room with two cookies (one in each hand). He had found them in his diaper bag and again enjoyed eating them. He was so proud of himself for finding them.
Dallin found another fun way to play with his basketball hoop. It was on the couch so Dallin would have to work harder in order to make a basket. He climbed on the couch and just enjoyed playing with the hoop.
Where's Dallin?

Where's Dallin? I think that is one of his favorite questions. He loves to run and hide behind the couch and giggles and laughs as I say (Where's Dallin?) as I find and tickle him. He is so funny and he just loves to play peek-a-boo. Apparently Doug and Dallin play peek-a-boo with our downstairs bathroom. Dallin will run in the bathroom, and Doug will close the door part way. Then Dallin pushes the door open as he would hear us say (Where's Dallin?) he would just smile and laugh as he opened the door.
