We have had a really hard time finding a good haircut here in North Carolina. Doug always comes home with uneven hair and it looks a little funny. Doug finally gave up and surprised me with a buzz. We had talked about him getting a buzz but one day he walked in from school and had no hair. I was shocked that he actually did it without telling me he was getting his haircut. I'm not so sure it's my favorite haircut but it's just hair. Doug loves it though, he thinks it's great not having to do anything with his hair. He has been training for a triathlon and likes not having to do his hair after he works out and he says it makes him swim better. I know some people haven't believed Jamie when she told them he got a buzz, well now you have proof, he did get a buzz. I must say we sure miss being able to get haircuts by Jamie.

Looks good, Dough! Yeah, Kyle came to the same conclusion. It's so much easier, though. We bought a $20 set of hair clippers and Kyle does it himself (with a little clean-up by me). It's free and easy! (Plus it helps ease in Kyle's receding hairline look!) :)

Looks great Bud. So, did you put your initials in the back and lightning bolts on the sides? I'll bet your swim times have been cut in half just like your running times when you got new shoes when you were a little guy.
Go Doug! Looks good! And hey, it's just hair, right?;) It'll grow back. Cool that he's doing the triathlon. Anything to help his swim time, right? ;)
